Shotlist: Credits (.33); A ploughman wakes up, lights the oil lamp on the bedside table and gets dressed (.52); He rakes the ashes in the grate, builds up a fire and puts the kettle on. Next he goes out to the stable to feed the horses (1.36); Back in his kitchen, he makes porridge and has breakfast. He makes up a piece for lunch and wraps it in newspaper (3.07); In the stable, he cleans out the horse stall, combs horse and pleats its tail into a bunch. He saddles the horses and hitches them to the plough (5.37); Off to the fields (5.43); The ploughman uses feering poles to guide him in making a "score" five yards from the edge of the field to mark his end and side rigs.
