A Black Leather Dispatch Case is stolen from Scientists Car", which he shows to his friends (2.56) boy steals the bag from the men's table as they eat (3.14) boys looking at "Top Secret" folder; men complain about theft, as the boys report their find (3.42) boys run out of hotel, pursued by men; boys hide in gardens (4.15) boys run into policeman; other men run down and argue; pointing out designs are for a lawnmower (4.57) boys run away; c/u faces of industrialists and policeman.
