Description:
In the run-up to D-Day in June 1944, an exhausted and depressed Winston Churchill battles with the overwhelming responsibility of sending the Allied Forces to retake Nazi-occupied Europe. Churchill is terrified of leaving behind a legacy of carnage, and must face up to his political opponents and his own generals in order to navigate the Allies to victory.
