Description: An amateur record of the day to day work of a small, local bakery - from busy shop counter to a back room where products such as bread and bannocks are prepared.

Shotlist: ints bakery shop, view of the main counter with customers buying bannocks - in the background there is a notice reminding customers of the 'Paper Famine'. The lady on the counter sorts out freshly baked rolls onto trays for sale, a little boy helping her (0.26) ints baker at work - he sets out the cut rounds of dough, we see an industrial 'rolling' machine rolling the dough flat (0.40) the baker 'pinches' the rounds of dough (0.47) freshly baked loaves of bread are carried on wooden trays by two men, we see the loaves being removed from the oven and sorted onto shelves (1.08)
